Crossfit Classes

Once you have completed the “ON RAMP” you are then free to take part in any of our CrossFit Classes. Group training is excellent for motivation and you will always strive to work harder than you would if you were training on your own. A typical CrossFit Classes (WOD) will always consist of the following:

  • Group Warm up
  • Skill/Strength work
  • Explanation of the WOD and scaling options
  • Cool down/stretching


REMEMBER – the WOD is ALWAYS SCALABLE to your ability/skill level thus ensuring you can maximise your workout.
